This year, we will have TWO opportunities for sponsors to join us in celebrating Juneteenth and spreading the word about all that you offer while creating bonds within the community!

Friday, June 19th at Eva Walker Park 12-7p.m. Our Juneteenth Block Party will be an intimate block party, focused on the community with 20 tents and 3 food trucks

Saturday, June 20th at the WARF from 12-6p.m. with 40-50 vendors and 4 food trucks in a larger music festival and health fair atmosphere. 

As a sponsor and participant, you will have twice the exposure !

Our sponsorships have a wide range, perfect for any size organization:

$250 Justice Ally – your logo will be included on the Vendor website 

$500 Community Partner – your logo will be included on Vendor website, Sponsor booth Friday or Saturday and will be featured in one custom social media post

$1,000 Unity Supporter – your logo will be included on Vendor website, one custom social media post, Sponsor booth Friday or Saturday or select a children’s activity to bear your organization’s name

$2,500 Emancipation Torchbearer - your logo will be included on the Vendor website, featured in two custom social media posts, Sponsor booths Friday & Saturday, and included in the Fauquier Juneteenth Celebrating 250 Digital Vault

$5,000 Liberty Proponent - your logo will be featured on our official flyer and the Juneteenth website and lunch on Friday for all participants including branded paper products (April 30, 2026)

$10,000 Freedom Champion – your logo will be displayed on our official flyer, the Juneteenth website and the Main Stage will bear your organization’s name (April 30, 2026)

$25,000 Legacy Builder - your logo displayed on our official flyer, and the Juneteenth website and the official t-shirt will have a large logo. (April 30, 2026)

PAYMENT METHOD

For your convenience we offer three payment options to include CashApp, Check, and Website Donations. 

(1) CashApp $FauquierJuneteenth and provide Organization Name in the For/Notes section.

(2) Visit https://www.fauquierjuneteenth.com/store and select the sponsorship level.

(3) Mail check to Fauquier Juneteenth, Inc. (preferred for contributions $1,000 or greater)
